If you don't want to continue with the service you can inform about your de-registration before December 31th then we will not charge the anual rate. You can do it:

- Sending an email to bilbaobizi@bilbao.eus, including your name, surename and ID number and you phone contact and incluyendo nombre y apellidos, DNI, teléfono de contacto e indicating in the subject: "BAJA"

- At the customer service office in the city hall (San Agustin building, Ernesto Erkoreka square, 12 ground floor), time schedule: 8:30 to 17:00/ thursdays 8:30 to 19:30

The municipal Bike Share Service of Bilbao, "Bilbaobizi", is conceived as a public service of individual rental of electric bicycles that aims to favor and promote this healthy, sustainable and non-polluting means of transport by the city.
