HOW IT WORKS

Rent e-bikes at 43 official stations throughout Bilbao

and get around quicker for 60 minutes per rental.

1. REGISTER

Bilbaobizi service membership will be accepted on-side only, you need to go to our service customer helpdesk
San Agustin building, on the ground floor, Ernesto Erkoreka, 12).

OPENNING HOURS: 08:30 to 15:00 from Monday to Friday and Thursday's evening, from 16:30 to 18:30. You can get your appointment in www.bilbaobizi.bilbao.eus
You can come without an appointment. You will only be attended if there is availability and within business hours.

2. RENT

Press 'RENT' on the terminal display or rent a bike via Bilbaobizi app. Follow the instructions and pull the bike out of the dock.

3. PARK

Park the bike by pressing down the frame lock lever. A beep will confirm that the bike is locked. To continue the ride, press ‘Open Lock‘ on the app to reopen the frame lock. Please be aware: The rental continues in the park mode.

4. RETURN

Return the bike at an official Bilbaobizi station and push it into a dock. Lock it by pressing down the lever on the frame lock. A beep will confirm the successful return and end of your rental. App rental will be ended automatically.
